We are excited to introduce our Hole-In-One Ranch Grassfed Beef to the Reno community and beyond. Located a little over an hour away from Reno, our family owned and operated ranch is near the small town of Janesville in California.
Cattle ranching in Lassen County has been a tradition in our family for over 100 years. As 3rd and 4th generation ranchers we and our two sons Andrew and Daniel started the Hole-In-One Ranch in 1993 and now raise Black Angus Beef on our 400 acre ranch.
Our beef cattle are born and raised on grass pasture and finished by grazing natural pasture forages. Our beef contains no hormones, antibiotics, animal bi-products, processed or packaged feed. Our pasture raised beef may take longer to finish, but “It’s good for the cow, and it’s good for you!” Our beef is processed right here in Reno at Wolf Pack Meats. From our pasture to your plate, our beef is truly a locally fresh, safe product.
Since we operate on a small scale, we are able to give our herd quality care and daily attention. We handle our cattle slowly on foot and always provide a gentle, careful, low-stress experience.
As a result of these practices, Hole-In-One Ranch is able to provide superior quality grass fed beef as part of our goal to improve family nutrition, rural community, and a sustainable environment.
We invite you to try our beef and are proud to share with you all the benefits of our locally grown Black Angus Grassfed Beef. Thank you for supporting local agriculture!
