- (3 Tablespoons) Olive Oil
- (3 Tablespoons) Red Wine Vinegar
- (1 Teaspoon) Garlic Powder
- (1 Teaspoon) Salt
- (3 lbs.) London Broil
Combine Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic Powder and Salt.
Pour over and rub into the Hole-In-One Ranch Grass-fed London Broil, allow to marinate in the refrigerator over night.
Pre-Heat Oven to 350 F and bake roast for 40 mins or until internal temp is 140 F. Allow to rest for 10 mins before slicing.
Since this is a lean cut of meat, it is great the next day on salads or sandwiches!
