London Broil
A simple overnight marinade tenderize this roast to feed a crowd!
  • Servings: 6


  • (3 Tablespoons) Olive Oil
  • (3 Tablespoons) Red Wine Vinegar
  • (1 Teaspoon) Garlic Powder
  • (1 Teaspoon) Salt
  • (3 lbs.) London Broil


Combine Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Garlic Powder and Salt.

Pour over and rub into the Hole-In-One Ranch Grass-fed London Broil, allow to marinate in the refrigerator over night.

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 F and bake roast for 30-40 mins or until internal temp is 125 F. Allow to rest for 10 mins before slicing. 

Since this is a lean cut of meat, it is great the next day on salads or sandwiches!
